Student health disparities and school/community based health clinics

Please join Dr. Noelle Arnold at our December 5th, 12 – 1 p.m. Crane Research Forum as she shares her work on student health disparities and the role of leadership in school/community-based health clinics. Arnold is Associate Dean, Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement and an associate professor and the director of the EdD in Educational Administration program in the Department of Educational Studies, College of Education and Human Ecology.
A former administrator at the district and state level, she has served as a consultant for National Public Radio and throughout the United States advising districts in school improvement, culture and race mediation, STEM leadership for education and teaching and leading in urban and rural contexts. She is past president of the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA), the first African American female to serve in this capacity
Arnold has more than 40 publications in leading educational journals. She has nine books published or in-press including the recent Handbook of Urban Educational Leadership. Arnold also serves as the series editor of New Directions in Educational Leadership.
This event is held at 260 Ramseyer Hall, College Commons, 29 W. Woodruff Avenue on the Ohio State Columbus campus. Lunch is included.
